ASEND 2019 TOUR









Upholding her time tested truism in academic excellence and integral formation is the association of engineering and medical doctors, known by its acronym ASEND. Standing tall since 2014 ASEND has brought to the lamp light of society men and women of value and influence; we may call them Engineers, medical doctors, medical lab scientist, nurses, and agriculturalist.
Known for our diversity, we train students from high school after exposing them to a professional opportunity from the basics; that is to say from beginner level to professional.
We believe in team spirit and equality, hard work and discipline. We do not fail to look up to our own creator who is the author and finisher; God himself who is omniscience. This leads us to a holistic formation for with faith, we seek to have knowledge and understand.
Ø  We organize orientation campaigns that serves the community, informing the youths of the numerous opportunities they have available for them.
Ø  We organize preparatory classes for entrance examinations: international and national.
Ø  We organize mentoring programs in Tech, for a world without Tech is like a nation without salvation.
We always say “join the right team” and by that we mean joining the right team.
Long live ASEND.

    ASEND ASSOCIATION OF ENGINEERING AND MEDICAL STUDENTS ASEND, an association headed by David Baar C, the General Supervisor(GS), comprising of engineering and medical students prepares science students to be able to write competitive entrance exams into engineering and medical schools in Cameroon. Its main goal is to increase the number of Anglophone students into the professional schools in Cameroon. It also provides orientation to students. ASEND comprises of two(2) main departments: DEPARTMENT OF MEDICINE: This department, headed by Ngongang N. Cabrel (Coordinator), consist of medical students that assist USS students to be able to write the different medical examinations in the country. In Cameroon, one general exam is taken for students who wish to enter into the field of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry.
